We are now linked in to the marina WiFi, we can view and top-up our electricity online, we can access the water supply which is not just a tap but a key coded automated 30 minute supply. Whew! Had to sit down for a cuppa after sorting all that out.
After that, into Market Harborough where we got some new coats in the Mountain Warehouse sale, and spent oodles of dosh topping up the pantry.
And, of course, lunch at Louisa's. We both had bagels and I tried out their version of a New Yorker. Wonderful.
Back to the marina, fire alight again for a cosy evening onboard.
Tomorrow we set off again but looking at the forecast, Monday's showing high winds again. 😠 We'll probably head back towards Crick and see if we can find a sheltered mooring and see what happens. If the worst comes at least we can have lunch at the Pickle and Pie at 23. It'll be worth a little wind just to get there again.
Watch this space!
