Fleur de Lys

The problem with a return journey is that you have taken all the photos coming through the first time.

So, here's a picture of a new marina.

The only problem with it is that I was in such a hurry to get a photo that as I ducked down to get the phone, the captain popped up with coffee and a bowl of nuts and raisins. Nuts and raisins everywhere, voices raised and a romantic moment lost for ever.

Another of the houses typical to this canal but with a different type of extension.

What do you think?

Thought you might like to see a duck's eye view of the boat from the walkway on the aqueduct.

After many, many locks we stopped at the Fleur-de-lys for supper. A superb night out but now we are ready for bed.

Even more locks tomorrow and it looks like I'll be doing them! Sleep tight.
